Sellers,
Thank you so much for a great sale! It was FUN and today was bananas! (which we needed). The storms in our area kept many of our shoppers away over the weekend (the roads were flooded around here!!). We sold a TON but also have more unsold items than usual and LESS workers to help break the sale down. (PLEASE COME UP HERE AND HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PICK UP TONIGHT- we may not finish on time!)
Therefore, we need to update you on some important changes you will notice at PICK UP tonight (8-9) & tomorrow (10-12).
When you arrive, your items will be located (sorted down to roughly the 1000’s by consignor number) in the following departments:
- Clothing
- Shoes
- Accesories
- Large Items
- Wall Decor
- Pets
- Books
- Everything else (will be on the tables sorted by consignor #s (1000s)
- Items without Tags (laid out behind the check out curtain)
- High Dollar Items (Customer Service)
YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE SORTED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL CONSIGNOR NUMBER!
They will be in ranges, which will be posted on the ends of the tables. YOU SHOULD RECOGNIZE YOUR ITEMS.
We acknowledge that this is a big change for you, but it’s a manpower issue. While Wee Trade is not responsible for lost or stolen items, we do make every effort to reunite you with your items. If you have an item that is unable to be located and if we find it, you are 100% willing to come back to the Ag Center to pick it up before Tuesday at 3 PM, we have a lost item form you can fill out before you leave. We will have workers at the door to double check that no one else grabs your items.
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! It may take you a little longer to pick up your items.
