- 6 AM Tagging Deadline (consignor accounts lock- make sure your payment email is correct by this time)
MONDAY, July 29th
- MOVE IN/SET UP
- 4 PM-7 PM DROP OFF
TUESDAY, July 30th
- 9 AM-7 PM DROP OFF
WEDNESDAY, July 31st
- INSPECTION
THURSDAY Pre-Sale Day (Passes Required), August 1st
** No Children or Strollers during Thursday Pre-Sales**
- 9:30 AM: 8-hour busy Bee team members who work the set-up or breakdown shift
- 10:00 AM: 8-hour busy Bee Team who do not work the breakdown or set up shifts
- 11:00 AM: 4-hour busy Bee team members
- 1:00 PM: Consignors who donate all
- 2:00 PM: Consignors Premium Access ($5 cash at door) (proceeds go to charity)
- 3:00 PM: All additional consignors (BRING A BUDDY $5 cash at door) (proceeds go to charity)
- 4:30 PM: First-time parents and grandparents (PRE REGISTERED*) AND Teens of consignors (with wristband)
- 6:30 PM: Teachers/first responders/healthcare workers/foster families (PRE REGISTERED*)
- 9 PM: close (anyone with THURSDAY access, may return @10am FRIDAY)
FRIDAY, August 2nd
- 10 AM: Exclusive Fundraiser Presale (paid ticketed event, 100% proceeds to nonprofits) LIMITED $5 TICKETS AVAILABLE with access code=”presale”
- 11 AM: Guests of consignors (Wristband or Digital Ticket Required) GET DIGITAL TICKET HERE with PASSCODE PROVIDED BY CONSIGNOR
- 2 PM: Open to Public
- 7 PM: Close
SATURDAY, August 3rd
- 10 AM: Open to Public
- 5 PM: Close
- 6:30 PM: DISCOUNT PRESALE (registered consignors & their family only with wristband)
- 8:30 PM: Close
- 9:00 PM: BUILDING LOCKED
SUNDAY, August 4th:
- 10 AM – Open to the Public (Items marked DISCOUNT are 50% OFF)
- 2:00 PM: Close
- 8:00 PM: Unsold Item Pick-Up
- 9:00 PM: Building Locked
MONDAY, August 5th
- 10:00 AM: Unsold Item Pick-Up
- 12:00 PM: Close, all items left in the building will be donated
- 2:00 PM: FOSTER FAMILY FREE SHOP (requires pre-registration)
