As you gear up for the upcoming Wee Trade sale and organize your inventory, we’re excited to share some remarkable statistics with you. In the last sale, your generosity shone brightly as 897 consignors donated over $85,500 in merchandise, totaling more than 15,000 items! Your commitment to service is truly commendable.

At Wee Trade, the heart of our mission is to make childhood affordable while giving back to the community and promoting sustainability. We believe in creating a lasting impact on Western North Carolina, and your contributions play a significant role.

Here are some key ways Wee Trade strives to be a force for good:

Wee Trade Family Funday: We created this event to allow local nonprofits a free opportunity to interact with families who may benefit from their services by offering free activities for children and all shoppers.

Special Presales: We have offered premium access presales for $5 cash at the door.  This sale we have added that consignors can “shop with a buddy” for $5 cash at the Thursday presale beginning at 2:30 PM .  These proceeds go  directly back to our nonprofit partners, enabling them to shop for the clients they serve.

Foster Family Power Hour: Another opportunity for giving is our Foster Family Power Hour. Both Foster and kinship placement families are invited to shop for free after pick-up has been completed, fostering a sense of community and support.

-Charitable Village Partnerships:  Each sale, Wee Trade accepts wishlists from over two dozen local nonprofit organizations and fulfills those lists with the items that consignors so generously donate, which have not been sold during the sale. By providing targeted donations, we create solid partnerships that are long-lasting.  Check out our Charitable Partner Wall of Service while you wait in the checkout line!
