Good morning sellers —

Before anything else, here’s the quick version.

TL;DR
Seller pickup is 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM tonight only.
There are no alternate pickup times.
There are no penalties if you choose not to come back.

If your items are still in the building at 7:30 PM, they will be donated.
If you sold so much and feel great about leaving the rest, just leave it. No email. No message. No explanation needed.

Now the rest.

This has been a record-breaking sell-through sale.

You listened. You brought your best. The quality absolutely improved and shoppers noticed. Our team noticed. The feedback has been consistent all week. That matters to us.

We are not trying to grow bigger. We are trying to grow better. We want the reputation of Wee Trade to keep rising. Strong inventory. Happy shoppers. Proud sellers. That is the goal.

Today is Sunday. It’s Half-Off Day.

We are open 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This is another way Wee Trade gives back. We help move even more of your items at deeper discounts. We keep great things in circulation. We make shopping accessible for more families in our community.

If you missed last night, there are still good deals on the floor. Send anyone who loves a bargain.

Now let’s talk about tonight in more detail.

Seller pickup is 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM tonight only.
There are no alternate pickup times.
There are no penalties if you choose not to come back.

If there are items you absolutely want back and you are willing to drive to the Ag Center for them, come between 5:00 and 7:30 PM. If you do not show up, your items will simply be donated. That’s it.

At 7:30 PM, all remaining items will be marked for donation.

At 8:00 PM, nearly 50 foster and kinship placement families who have registered and will bring documentation will shop the floor. They are always so grateful. They never take too much. It is one of the most meaningful parts of this entire week.

After that, more than 30 local Western North Carolina nonprofits receive items based on the specific wish lists they have submitted. After the hurricane, we all learned that receiving things you cannot use is work. Because of your generosity, Wee Trade is able to give these organizations exactly what they need to serve families all season long.

That is the heart of what we do.

A few logistics so you know what to expect:

The store closes at 3:00 PM. It takes a little time to get everyone through the checkout line and out the doors. As soon as the last shopper is checked out, we will upload final sold reports to My Sale Manager.

Service inside the Ag Center is unreliable, so we will have computers set up in the hallway for you to log in and review your sold items during pickup.

Your items are not sorted down to your consignor number. You will walk the sales floor and pull your own items from where they were located.

If you had items pulled for quality control, they are still here. Some were restickered and placed back on the floor. Some are in a separate quality control area. Nothing has been removed from the building prior to pickup. Even items marked to donate will still physically be in the room until after pickup ends, in case you choose to take them home.

Please allow yourself enough time to walk the floor and gather what you want.

A quick community reminder while we are here.

This is resale. It is secondhand. Honest mistakes happen.

Please do not go onto social media and call out consignors by number or post complaints publicly. The vast majority of purchases were wonderful. Let’s celebrate that.

If something truly needs attention or is a teachable moment, email us and let us handle it. We will communicate patterns or reminders as needed. Let us be the mediator instead of blasting each other online. This community is built on generosity, sustainability, and goodwill. Let’s protect that.

We will be in this building through Tuesday at 5:00 PM finishing breakdown and donations. We return to the office Wednesday and will begin working through emails then. If something is truly urgent next week, use the subject line URGENT and we will address it once we are back in the office.

You will also hear from us Wednesday with more detail on final numbers and when to expect your payment.

For those who want to help with donation sorting tomorrow, we will be here from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM pulling hangers and pins. Those hours are community service hours through Chances for Children Carolinas, not Busy Bee hours. We are happy to sign for teenagers or anyone needing service hours. Separate Busy Bee breakdown shifts are already assigned.

Thank you for participating in Wee Trade. Thank you for raising the bar. Thank you for your generosity.

Finish strong today. 💛

Anna, Tracey, Peter, Kyle & the entire Wee Trade Team!
