WEDNESDAY, FEB 18
Inspection & Merchandising9 AM – 1 PM
Workers on this shift are the only sellers who may drop off their items on Wednesday @ 8:30AM. (email connect@gratefulvillage.com for emergency only paid concierge drop-off opportunities) The sales floor is CLOSED to non-workers.
This is when the magic truly happens to make Wee Trade organized & shoppable!

THURSDAY, FEB 19
Seller Pre-Sale Day11 AM – 8 PM
NO STROLLERS or CHILDREN
(only worn infants allowed on sales floor: family room available for breaks & caregivers)
WRISTBAND REQUIRED FOR ENTRY, Buddy Shoppers entering after 2:30 must enter with/meet consignor at the door with $5 cash for charity)
11:00 AM: EARLIEST BUSY BEE TEAM ACCESS
- Workers who work two – 4 hour shifts (1 must be a designated set up or breakdown shifts
- Workers who work one – 4 hour shift & one – 6 hour shift (also earns $10 Bee Bucks: failure to fulfill shift requirements will result in $10 deduction in check)
- Workers who work any three – 4 hour shifts
11:30 AM: 8-hour busy Bee Team members who DO NOT work the designated breakdown or set up shifts
12:00 PM: 6-hour shift Busy Bee Team members
12:30 PM: 4-hour Busy Bee team members
2:30 PM: Consignors Who Donate All**
4:00 PM: Consignors Premium Access ($5 cash at door) (proceeds go to charity)**
5:00 PM: All Additional Consignors **
8:00 PM: Close (anyone with THURSDAY access, may return @10am FRIDAY)

FREE TO PUBLIC
(no bookbags, large purses or diaper bags that are closed on sale floor, bring shopping bags, free parking, cash preferred (cards/contactless payment accepted)
Come shop nearly tens of thousands of deals & support local families! Small business vendors, coffee, cakes, cookies and more. Get 3D/4D/Gender Reveal Ultrasounds on Site! Tons of Activities for kids including Bounce Houses.
10:00 AM: Open to the Public
5:00 PM: Closed to the Public
6:30 PM: DISCOUNT PRESALE (registered consignors & their family only with wristband)
8:30 PM: Close
9:00 PM: BUILDING LOCKED

DONATION ORGANIZATION / BREAK DOWN10 AM – 5 PM

Come out & help volunteer with WEE TRADE GIVES BACK!
Wee Trade gives 12,000+ high quality targeted items to dozens of local nonprofits each season. Any nonprofit can sign up & give us their wish list.
10 AM: Work Day Starts
- Feel free to bring by cardboard boxes.
- Volunteers get free hangers/pins to use for the next sale. Chances for Children can sign for community service hour requirements.
- Foster Families who were unable to make it Sunday night can email us for Monday Free Shop Access.
5 PM: Building Locked
